Brent’s father-in-law and Ethan’s dad, Paul, found it on his fifth day of detecting. Everyone in the crew is making money as there is a lot of gold in the ground, and they still have a long way to go.
They have discovered hundreds of meters of untouched ground, which excites Brent. The anticipation of discovering something valuable is nerve-wracking, but Paul’s perseverance pays off as he uncovers another massive nugget, giving them hope of finding even more.
The crew could potentially find up to 500 ounces of gold in a week, and this is a significant milestone for them.
